About Egli AGA traditional family business since 1888

Egli AG is a family-owned company in its 4th generation with headquarters in Bütschwil (SG). The company employs around 80 people in Switzerland and supplies production plants all over the world.

EGLI is the worldwide specialist and technology partner for complete systems for butter and margarine production. Our customers are mainly industrial companies in the food processing industry.

Complete margarine plants

This year we were able to equip a complete margarine plant with our machines for the first time. Thus, every process step such as mixing, melting, producing and packaging is carried out with machines from Egli AG.

Margarine facilities

A milestone in margarine production was reached in 2020 with the development and commissioning of our latest machine for the production of margarine. This will be distinguished by a production capacity of up to 10,000 kg/h.
